Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-04-29
This Privacy Policy explains how WealthManagement.sg (operated by Mamba Ventures, "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data, in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
1. Scope
This policy covers the WealthManagement.sg website ("the Site") and any related products or services we provide. It applies to:
- Individuals who visit the Site;
- Individuals who submit personal data to us (e.g. via lead-capture forms, claim-profile flows, or correction requests);
- Individuals whose personal data appears on the Site as a result of public-domain regulatory disclosure (e.g. financial advisers identified by name + MAS Representative Notification Framework number).
2. Personal data we collect
2.1 Data about visitors and users
- Anonymised website analytics (page views, referrers, device class) via Google Analytics 4;
- Information you provide voluntarily — name, email address, phone number, firm affiliation — when you fill in a lead-capture form, claim a firm profile, request a correction, or contact us.
2.2 Data about regulated representatives
We aggregate publicly-available data published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore ("MAS") and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority ("ACRA") in their public registries, plus data published by firms on their own websites. This data is processed in reliance on the "publicly available" exception under the Second Schedule of the PDPA, which permits collection, use, and disclosure of personal data that is generally available to the public.
Categories include: full name, MAS Representative Notification Framework ("RNF") number, current firm affiliation, role title, MAS-permitted advisory activities, professional qualifications (where disclosed by the firm), and career history (where reported in public sources).
3. How we use personal data
- To operate the Site — render searchable directory pages, derive answer blocks, generate JSON-LD structured data for search engines and AI search assistants;
- To respond to your enquiry — when you submit a lead, claim, or correction request, we use the contact details you supply to respond;
- To improve the Site — anonymised analytics inform navigation and content priorities;
- For legitimate B2B intelligence — paying subscribers (recruiters, asset managers, custodians, etc.) access the directory to inform their professional decisions; this is a "legitimate interests" basis under the PDPA where the use is reasonable and would not adversely affect the individual.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share contact details captured via lead-capture forms with any third party other than the firm the lead was directed to (with explicit consent at point of submission).
4. Disclosure of personal data
We may disclose personal data:
- To service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics) under contract that imposes confidentiality and PDPA-equivalent obligations;
- To the recipient firm, where you have submitted a lead-capture form expressly for that purpose;
- Where required by law, regulation, court order, or lawful request from MAS, ACRA, the Singapore Police Force, or another competent authority.
5. Your rights under the PDPA
You have the following rights, exercisable at no cost (subject to PDPA s28 reasonable-fee exceptions for repeat or extensive requests):
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you (PDPA s21);
- Correction — request correction of factual errors (PDPA s22);
- Withdrawal of consent — withdraw any consent you previously gave (PDPA s16);
- Removal from the directory — for advisor records published in reliance on the public-availability exception, you may request removal where appropriate; we operate a 48-hour response service-level commitment for such requests.
To exercise any of these rights, see our data takedown / correction page, or contact our Data Protection Officer (below).
6. Data Protection Officer
Our Data Protection Officer ("DPO"), required under PDPA s11(3), is reachable at:

7. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as the purpose of collection requires, and where retention is necessary for legal, accounting, or reporting purposes (PDPA s25). Lead-capture submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymised analytics are retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics 4 default).
8. Cross-border transfers
Some service providers (Netlify hosting, Google Analytics, logo.dev for firm logos) process data outside Singapore. We ensure transfers comply with PDPA s26 (transfer limitation) by relying on contractual protections substantially equivalent to PDPA standards.
9. Security
We apply reasonable security measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure; you transmit personal data at your own risk.
10. Cookies + analytics
The Site uses Google Analytics 4 ("GA4") to collect anonymised usage data. GA4 may set cookies on your device. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some Site functionality may degrade as a result.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be notified prominently on the Site.
12. Complaints
If you believe we have not complied with the PDPA, please contact our DPO first. If your concern is not resolved, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission ("PDPC") at pdpc.gov.sg.
This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. WealthManagement.sg is not a law firm.
