Content on this Site is informational. We aggregate publicly-available data published by MAS, ACRA, firm websites, and other public sources. While we annotate every fact-bearing data point with its source and observation date, data may be out-of-date, incomplete, or wrong. 2. We are not regulated by MAS

WealthManagement.sg is not a MAS-licensed financial adviser, capital markets services licensee, exempt financial adviser, fund manager, bank, or insurer. We do not hold client money or assets. We do not arrange transactions or solicit investments. References to "MAS" or "MAS-regulated" on this Site refer to the firms listed in our directory, not to us.

3. Estimated metrics carry confidence tiers

Where we display estimated values (e.g. estimated assets under management based on advisor count), we annotate them with a methodology version and a confidence tier of "C" (estimated/inferred). These figures are model outputs, not disclosed numbers. They should be used for relative comparison and orientation only, never as a precise valuation.

4. Investor alerts + enforcement records

We surface entries from the MAS Investor Alert List and the MAS Enforcement Database where they exist. These reflect the position published by MAS at the date we observed it and may have changed since. We are not the original publisher of either list. For current authoritative status, refer directly to mas.gov.sg.

5. Lead-capture is advertising, not commission

Where this Site offers a "request introduction" or similar form connecting you with a firm, the firm pays us a fixed advertising or per-lead fee. We do not earn commission on any assets you may subsequently invest with the firm. The advisory engagement, if any, is solely between you and the firm. You should perform your own due-diligence on the firm and request the disclosures required under FAA s27 and the FAA Regulations before engaging.

6. Past performance is not a reliable indicator

Where this Site displays historical figures (advisor headcount, AUM estimates, firm growth rates), past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Wealth-management outcomes depend on the specific advice, products, and market conditions applicable to your circumstances.

7. Tools + calculators are illustrative

Calculators on this Site (e.g. Accredited Investor qualifier, fee transparency calculator, 13O/13U eligibility checker, retirement gap calculator) are illustrative tools. Their outputs are not personalised advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice from a MAS-licensed financial adviser, accountant, or lawyer.

Inclusion of a firm or individual on this Site does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty by us. The presence of a firm logo (rendered via logo.dev) is for identification purposes only; logos are the trademarks of their respective owners.
