Key Personnel

- Definition
- Key Personnel are individuals filed with MAS as the directors, principal officers, or other regulatory roles at a MAS-licensed financial institution. Their names and roles appear in the public MAS Financial Institutions Directory.
Each MAS-licensed firm files its current Key Personnel with MAS. The filings include the Chief Executive Officer, directors, principal officer, Appointed Representatives in certain licence categories, and other regulatory roles depending on the licence type. The filings are public on the MAS FID. WealthManagement.sg derives its /people/* corpus from these filings plus a small number of hand-curated fixtures, giving 2,099 unique person pages as of 2026.
